Our emotional patterns often originate in childhood experiences, and are fuelled by hormones. But, as awakening women, we can use tools to become aware of them and become less reactive and more balanced and happy.

Why This Course?

Through this course recordings we will learn how to express ourselves, confidently, in an authentic way; being who we are instead of who we think we should be! Improving the quality of our life and our relationships.

What Each Session Includes

Over 5 sessions, we will learn practical tools and techniques from meditation, Yoga and Tantra including contemplation and breath work, guided meditations, visualisations and body awareness.

These will help us to:

  • have more awareness and control over our emotions,

  • know how we feel in any given moment,

  • decide how to express this in a beneficial way.

What we will cover

  • What are emotions and why do we have them?

  • Understanding our emotions, using simple exercises to become more aware of them

  • How to deal with difficult emotions and negative emotional patterns

  • Emotional intelligence & healing

  • Practical tips on how to balance emotions in our everyday lives

  • Tools to increase acceptance, empathy and forgiveness

  • Gaining mastery over our emotional energies

During these 5 sessions we will explore:

  • What are emotions? Why do we have them? Why do they seem so hard to deal with?

  • Looking at emotions from a physical perspective - related to chemicals and hormones;

  • What happens in our bodies when we have a certain emotion and why does that happen?

Session 2

  • Emotions & Vibration

  • Blocked emotions can cause imbalances, tension and does not allow us to get to know ourselves or grow in our relationship with the world and other beings in it.

  • Good or bad - no emotion is bad in and of itself - it becomes unhealthy if it is prolonged.

  • Learning the loving acceptance of our emotions

  • How to deal with intense inner reactions

  • Transforming difficult emotions

  • Love and compassion in the process of healing our emotions

  • The Yoga of Emotions

  • Approaching emotional work as a spiritual practice.

  • Engaging with emotions on a practical level in order to connect with the essence of our being.
