This session introduces an esoteric perspective on the five core wounds—rejection, abandonment, humiliation, betrayal, and injustice—and how they quietly shape behaviour, relationships, boundaries, and self-worth.

Most women don’t walk around thinking, “I have a wound.”

What we notice instead are behaviours: over-giving, people-pleasing, perfectionism, controlling situations, shutting down emotionally, or constantly pushing ourselves to be “strong.”

These patterns didn’t appear randomly.

They formed when something hurt, and they once made sense.

This session introduces a different method for healing them: replacing reactive protection with stable inner qualities—what I refer to as godly attributes. These are not ideals to perform or traits to “develop,” but high reference points that help regulate the nervous system and shift behaviour in a grounded, sustainable way.

🌸In this intro session, we will:

• Walk through a concise overview of the five wounds and their most common protective patterns

• Use a brief self-reflection to identify which patterns may be active in your life right now

• Practice one grounding technique that can be applied when you feel triggered or destabilised

This is a short, focused introduction, not the full six-week course.🥰

Its purpose is to offer clarity, context, and a practical experience of the framework, without pressure or expectation.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your patterns and one concrete tool you can use immediately.
